Responsible Gaming
at phjyo — Play Smart, Play Safe
Enjoying games online should always be a fun, controlled experience — hindi dapat maging stress o burden. At phjyo, we take responsible gaming seriously. Whether you're playing slots, bingo, or fishing games, we provide the tools and support to help you stay in control every step of the way.
phjyo's Commitment to Safe Play
At phjyo, responsible gaming is not just a compliance checkbox — it's a core part of how we operate as a PAGCOR-regulated platform serving Filipino players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and everywhere else in the Philippines. We believe every player deserves access to a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment.
Gambling — whether it's slots, bingo, live casino, sabong, or fishing games — is meant to be entertainment. It should never be used as a way to earn income, recover financial losses, or escape personal problems. When the fun stops, it's time to stop. That's a principle we stand by firmly at phjyo.
phjyo provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — all accessible directly from your phjyo account dashboard. You are always in control.
Tools to Keep You In Control
phjyo gives every registered player access to the following responsible gaming tools — all free of charge and available directly from your account settings or via our 24/7 support team.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your phjyo account. Once you hit your limit, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Increases to your limit take 7 days to take effect — decreases apply immediately. This tool works seamlessly with GCash, Maya, and bank transfer deposits.
Loss Limits
Define the maximum amount in Philippine Peso (₱) you are willing to lose within a set time period. When your net losses reach that threshold, your account is automatically restricted from placing further bets until the limit period expires. This is one of the most effective tools for preventing chasing losses — a common warning sign of problem gambling.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum session duration — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or a custom amount. When your session timer runs out, phjyo will display a reminder and optionally log you out. Keeping track of time is easy to lose when you're in the zone; this tool ensures you always stay aware of how long you've been playing.
Reality Checks
Enable periodic in-game notifications that show your net win/loss for the current session, along with the total time elapsed. These reality check pop-ups can be set to appear every 15, 30, or 60 minutes. They are designed to interrupt autopilot play and prompt you to make a conscious decision about whether to continue — or call it a day.
Cooling-Off Period
If you feel you need a short break without committing to a full self-exclusion, a cooling-off period lets you pause your phjyo account for 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Your account and balance remain intact. Contact support or use your account dashboard to activate a cooling-off period anytime.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is phjyo's strongest responsible gaming tool. When you self-exclude, your account is closed for a minimum period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently — your choice. phjyo will also flag your details on its internal exclusion register and cease all marketing communications to you immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. See Section below for full details.
How to Self-Exclude from phjyo
Self-exclusion is a voluntary, binding commitment to stop gambling on phjyo for a defined period. It is available to any registered player, at any time, completely free of charge. If you feel that your gambling is getting out of hand — or if a family member is concerned — please do not hesitate to use this tool. There is no judgment. phjyo's team is here to help.
Log in to your phjyo Account
Access your account via the phjyo Login page. Navigate to Account Settings and select the "Responsible Gaming" tab.
Select Self-Exclusion
Choose "Self-Exclusion" from the responsible gaming tools list. Select your exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion.
Confirm Your Decision
You will be asked to confirm your choice with your account password and a one-time verification code sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Account Closed Immediately
Your phjyo account is suspended immediately. Any pending withdrawals are processed to your registered GCash or bank account within 3–5 business days. All marketing communications are stopped at once.
Need Help? Contact Support
If you are unable to self-exclude through the account dashboard, contact phjyo's 24/7 live chat or email support and a team member will process your self-exclusion request within one hour.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone — regardless of age, income level, or how experienced a player you are. These are some of the most common warning signs to watch out for in yourself or someone you care about.
Chasing Losses
Feeling compelled to keep playing in order to win back money you've already lost — even when you've already decided to stop. This is one of the most dangerous patterns in problem gambling and often leads to much larger financial losses.
Losing Track of Time
Spending significantly more time on phjyo or other gambling platforms than you originally intended. Missing meals, work obligations, family commitments, or sleep because of gambling sessions is a clear red flag that should not be ignored.
Gambling to Escape
Using gambling as a way to cope with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or financial pressure — rather than as a source of entertainment. When gambling becomes an escape mechanism rather than a hobby, it is time to seek help.
Hiding Gambling from Others
Feeling the need to lie to family members, friends, or partners about how much time or money you spend gambling. Hiding GCash or bank transaction records. Secrecy around gambling behaviour is a strong indicator that the activity has become problematic.
Gambling Beyond Your Means
Betting with money meant for rent, utilities, groceries, school fees, or other essential expenses. Borrowing money from family or friends to fund gambling. Taking out loans or advances to maintain your gambling activity. These are serious warning signs requiring immediate action.
Inability to Stop
Making repeated, unsuccessful attempts to cut back or stop gambling entirely. Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling. Thinking about gambling constantly — planning the next session, calculating what to bet, or replaying past games. This pattern of compulsive behaviour warrants professional support.
Is Your Gambling Still Healthy?
The following questions are adapted from established responsible gaming self-assessment frameworks used by PAGCOR-affiliated counsellors in the Philippines. Answer honestly — this is for your own benefit and nothing is recorded or submitted to phjyo.
If you answer "Yes" to two or more of these questions, we strongly recommend activating at least one responsible gaming tool on your phjyo account, and considering speaking with a professional counsellor.
How phjyo Supports Responsible Play
Beyond the individual tools we offer players, phjyo has embedded responsible gaming principles across the entire platform — from how we design our games to how we train our support team.
Strict KYC Verification
Every phjyo player must verify their identity before withdrawing. Age verification (21+) is mandatory and uses Philippine government-issued IDs — PhilSys, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS, or Voter's ID.
No Predatory Design
phjyo does not use fake countdown timers, false urgency messaging, or misleading win/loss displays. All game outcomes use certified RNG technology. We show real figures — not rounded or inflated win rates.
Trained Support Staff
All phjyo customer support agents receive responsible gaming training and are equipped to identify signs of distress or problem gambling behaviour. They can initiate cooling-off periods or escalate to our dedicated RG team on a player's behalf.
No Marketing to Vulnerable Players
phjyo does not send promotional emails or bonus offers to players who have activated responsible gaming tools, are under cooling-off, or have self-excluded. Marketing stops the moment any protective measure is activated.
