These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and phjyo (hereinafter "phjyo," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phjyo.net.

phjyo operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform, duly authorized to offer casino games, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and related online gambling services to eligible players within the Republic of the Philippines. Our operations are subject to the rules, regulations, and directives issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the official government body responsible for the authorization and regulation of all legal gambling activities in the Philippines.

This Agreement, together with the phjyo Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and phjyo regarding your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only with respect to the matter expressly addressed therein.

Your continued use of phjyo following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on phjyo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• You are a natural person residing in or accessing the platform from within the Republic of the Philippines, or otherwise accessing from a jurisdiction where use of the phjyo platform is lawful;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phjyo or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners;
• You are not accessing the platform in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phjyo or had your account terminated for cause;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and using only funds that you lawfully own and that are free from any criminal origin.

phjyo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon any reasonable suspicion of age misrepresentation. Acceptable identity documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).

Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. All associated deposits, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations on underage gambling. phjyo will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation arising from suspected underage access.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phjyo. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or fictitious information when creating your phjyo account. phjyo relies on the accuracy of this information to fulfill its regulatory obligations under PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) law.

phjyo implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160, as amended (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), and applicable PAGCOR directives. KYC verification may be required before you can make your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or at any time phjyo determines it necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phjyo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phjyo's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phjyo reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.

phjyo accepts deposits made through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, InstaPay-connected accounts, and over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and phjyo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at any time with or without prior notice.

All transactions on phjyo are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, phjyo may impose transaction limits on specific accounts in accordance with its AML monitoring obligations or at the direction of PAGCOR.

You represent and warrant that:

• All funds deposited into your phjyo account are from a legitimate and lawful source;
• You are the authorized account holder of the payment method used to make the deposit;
• No deposited funds are derived from, connected to, or intended to facilitate any criminal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity;
• You are not using phjyo for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate gambling activity.

phjyo does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary may apply their own transaction fees. phjyo is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

Deposits are credited to your phjyo wallet in real time for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers and other payment channels may take longer depending on the processing time of the respective institution. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact phjyo's 24/7 live chat support with your transaction reference number.

phjyo processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval, subject to payment network availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 banking days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no standard maximum daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts; however, phjyo may apply transaction limits to specific accounts under its AML monitoring framework or as directed by PAGCOR. Players seeking to withdraw amounts above certain thresholds may be subject to enhanced identity verification.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own legal name — third-party transfers are strictly prohibited;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn;
• phjyo reserves the right to conduct additional security verification on withdrawal requests it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent, which may temporarily delay processing;
• In cases where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, the corresponding withdrawal may be required to be returned to the same payment method up to the amount of the original deposit.

phjyo does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply inbound transfer fees. phjyo is not responsible for such fees.

phjyo may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all phjyo promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) will be stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one bonus may be active at a time per account. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses;
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated winnings expire after the period stated in the specific promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days). Expired bonuses and related winnings are automatically forfeited;
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion terms. phjyo reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or reverse bonus awards found to have been credited in error;
• Abuse Prevention: phjyo actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus and associated winnings voided, and may face account suspension.

phjyo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect any bonus already credited to a player's account with wagering requirements already in progress.

All games available on phjyo — including video slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, fishing games, and sabong — operate under the specific rules and pay tables defined by the respective game provider or phjyo's own in-house game rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager.

phjyo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games. These systems are subject to independent technical auditing to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of the player's wager or the player's previous results. phjyo publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all applicable games in the game's information panel.

The following gameplay rules apply across all phjyo products:

• Wagers placed are final and cannot be cancelled once the game round or betting market is confirmed;
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including game disconnection, server error, or software failure — that interrupts a game round, phjyo will endeavor to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If restoration is not possible, phjyo will refund the wager for the affected round;
• phjyo reserves the right to void any wager placed based on an error, such as an incorrectly displayed odds value, erroneous jackpot amount, or game configuration fault. phjyo will inform affected players and refund the voided wager to their account balance;
• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the phjyo sportsbook, including rules governing match abandonment, postponement, player withdrawal, and in-play betting cutoffs.

phjyo provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders showing session duration and net gaming result can be enabled at user-defined intervals;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded account will be closed and the player will be prevented from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed by phjyo's support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

phjyo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Players who suspect that a minor may be accessing their account must contact phjyo support immediately and change their account password.

PAGCOR maintains responsible gaming resources and hotlines as part of its regulatory mandate. Players may also reach phjyo's 24/7 support team for immediate account restriction assistance.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phjyo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, algorithms, exploits, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate the platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino games, poker, or sports betting;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other corrupt gambling conduct;
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds of criminal origin, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behavior toward phjyo staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the phjyo platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, game error, or platform vulnerability without immediately reporting it to phjyo support;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by phjyo.

All content on the phjyo platform — including but not limited to the phjyo brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of phjyo or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phjyo platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any phjyo content;
• Distribute, publicly display, broadcast, or commercially exploit any phjyo content without express written authorization;
• Use the phjyo brand, name, or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of phjyo's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjyo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the phjyo platform, even if phjyo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phjyo's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjyo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjyo does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any specific game outcome, sporting event result, or jackpot will be achieved;
• The platform will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phjyo's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

phjyo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The collection and use of your personal data is further detailed in the phjyo Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering an account on phjyo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC compliance;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Fulfillment of phjyo's AML and regulatory reporting obligations to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government authorities;
• Personalization of your gaming experience and delivery of relevant promotions (with your consent);
• Customer support and dispute resolution;
• Fraud detection and platform security.

phjyo will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data is shared only with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as necessary to fulfill the above purposes. For full details, please review the phjyo Privacy Policy.

phjyo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon account closure for cause, phjyo may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, all funds in the account may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and won funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phjyo's support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

phjyo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be required to reflect new regulatory requirements from PAGCOR, updates to the platform's features, changes in payment processing arrangements, or other business or legal reasons.

When material changes are made to these Terms, phjyo will provide notice through one or more of the following means: a prominent notice on the phjyo homepage, an in-platform notification visible upon login, or an email to the address registered to your account. The effective date of any updated Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phjyo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using phjyo and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the phjyo platform, or your account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, players are encouraged to first attempt to resolve disputes through phjyo's internal dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written dispute description to phjyo's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Include your account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation;
• Step 2 — Review Period: phjyo's customer support team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 7 business days;
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 2, you may escalate the dispute to phjyo's compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review within 14 business days;
• Step 4 — Regulatory Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal escalation process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Relations Division for external review, in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of phjyo to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in any future instance.
